PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Vicplumb have wide experience in undertaking major projects and completing them on time and on budget.

Each Project is managed by a project manager who in turn is supported by staff specialising in all facets of the project including:-

Early planning is a feature of our approach to project management and enables us to anticipate most contingencies. If any problems arise they are quickly addressed and resolved.

We are aware of the importance of programming and due to Vicplumb having their own resources we offer flexibility to meet changes which may occur to the project schedule and the ability to guarantee progressive handover if required.

During the course of construction, we can provide prepared monthly progress reports (if required) to assist in the assessment of payment and monitor progress - which would include the following items:-

• Engineering Status
• Manufacturing Status
• Installation Status
• Cash Flow Advice
• Project Time Status.

To offer our Clients the latest in proven technology combined with cost effective and functional design, we have qualified specialists who are competent in the use of design software ranging from Hyena for Hydraulic Analysis to Autocad for Design purposes.
